Last Thursday the active Pieces Of Me artists met online.
Antonio Iannella, JulieMc, Lisa K Lanzi, Warren Loorham and I and Anat Bigos discussed the project for a couple of hours. We were missing the NSW artist Kate Liston Mills but she was there in spirit.
I went from my former frazzled and overloaded self to one a damn sight lighter and alive-r than before.
As JulieMc said, this project is a ‘slow burn’ and one to be looked at through a long lens. With huge concepts being worked on, our hands remain outstretched, reaching towards one another’s realities.
