Today the second session of By Accident ran online to our group of 6.
When I first developed By Accident it was with the intention to only deliver face to face. The motivation for this style of delivery was based in my own experience of online learning. I believed that face to face was better for those who have head injuries. This view is one that has had to be adjusted due to Covid.
Here we are now in our 5th online delivery and I do believe I am adjusting my view. To be honest, the contents delivered are altered but this is no way alters the effectiveness of the sessions. To the other extreme, By Accident online brings something new, needed and, most of all, wanted, by participants wherever they are connecting from.
The importance lies in connection.
